Each year I absolutely enjoy the Grafton Artsfest experience! I am one of the regular Tutors up there in New South Wales and usually travel up there in the Autumn, but this year experienced the incredible Jacaranda Festival in the Spring. The Jacaranda Trees blossom in an explosion of Purple and right around Town there are great avenues of them. The City is situated on the legendary Clarence River and there is absolutely tons to paint!!

This year I had a massive Exhibition In Jakobstad, Finland together with two other Finnish Artists. It was wonderful to be Exhibiting with my good friend Esa, one of my painting mates. We even found time to paint together for an afternoon and swap some of the resulting paintings with each other!!

This year I had the great privilege to be asked to illustrate a children's book. These are two of the images for the publication. I hope you enjoy them! I will let you know when it is released! It is at the printers now so keep tuned!

The Kokda Trek last year (2008) culminated in the Exhibition this year (2009). It was one of the most wonderful experiences of my life. I have included some Pics of the paintings of the exhibition for you to enjoy.

It was wonderful to visit the small village of Posara in Tuscany again this year. We had Art Students from Israel,Northern Ireland, Hong Kong, U.K.,Paris, and Me from Australia!
It was a wonderful time and we had the chance to visit the wonderful Cince Terra on the coast. I have attached a couple of paintings from the area for you to enjoy!
